Senator Mackie gave notice of reconsideration on SENATE                        
CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17 and moved and asked                               
unanimous consent that it be taken up at this time.  Without                   
objection, it was so ordered.                                                  
                                                                               
SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 17 was before the                             
Senate on reconsideration.                                                     
                                                                               
The question to be reconsidered: Shall SENATE CONCURRENT                       
RESOLUTION NO. 17 Suspending Uniform Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b),                   
and 42(e) of the Alaska State Legislature concerning House Bill No.            
241, relating to the Pioneers Home program, pass the Senate?  The
